How much does a valuation cost?
Nothing. An agent visits, compares recent sales nearby and sends a written valuation within two days. There is no obligation to list with us.
What fees do sellers pay?
Our fee is 1.5% of the sale price plus tax, paid only when the sale completes.
Can I book a viewing in the evening?
Yes. Most agents offer viewings until 8pm on weekdays and on Saturday mornings.
What do tenants need to rent a home?
Photo ID, proof of income for the last three months and a reference from your current landlord. The deposit is usually five weeks of rent.
Do you help with mortgages?
We work with two independent brokers who can arrange an agreement in principle, often within 24 hours.
